What’s up with the change in philosophy at the Academy?
A short exchange between a 34 year law enforcement officer and the director of the Basic Law Enforcement Academy (BLEA). This is in response to a Seattle Times article on July 13, 2013.
The Washington State Liquor Control Board Lieutenants recently came aboard the FOP as Lodge #34. The LTs have signed on for labor services and legal defense. This marks the first lodge in the state that serves a statewide contingent of members. Welcome our new brothers and sisters into the Order.
The Washington State FOP would like to welcome the members of the Jefferson County Corrections to the Fraternal Order of Police. This group will be joining the ranks of other departments who have joined the National Labor/Legal and will be members of the FOP Medical Health Coverage.
