Q: What if I don’t have an Amazon Account associated with my WAFOP member email and would like to join?
A: Easy! Click the link above and enter your e-mail address to receive your invitation.
Q: What if I already belong to an Amazon Business Account for my County/City/Department/Office, and it’s associated with my email address?
A: No action needed. This benefit is only for WAFOP Members who do not currently enjoy the benefit of Amazon Business with their existing organization. Continue to enjoy your Amazon Business benefits with your current City/County/Department/Office/etc.
Q: What if I have a Personal Amazon Account with Prime, associated with my WAFOP member email, and would like to join?
A: Please use a different email other than your WAFOP Membership email (different from the one you use with Personal Prime) to join the NFOP Business Account.
Q: What if I use my Personal Amazon Account associated with my WAFOP member email, for a mix of work and personal purchases, and would like to join?
A: We recommend keeping your Personal Amazon Account as is, and use a different email for the WAFOP Amazon Business Account. Keep them separate—one account for personal purchases and one account for business purchases. Click “Submit this form” above and use a different email than your WAFOP Membership email/other than the one you use with your Personal Amazon Account, to receive your invitation.
Q: What if I have a Personal Amazon Account without Prime, associated with my WAFOP member email, and would like to join?
A: If you use your Personal Amazon Account to order items for work-related purchases, we recommend you join the WAFOP Business Account in order to upgrade your selection and pricing! This is an upgrade to the current marketplace you see today on household Amazon and is tailored to customers making work-related purchases.
Q: What if I join the WAFOP Amazon Business Account and don’t like it? Can I be removed?
A: Yes, please reach out to Jeff Amaya or Marco Monteblanco and you will be removed.
Q: Is there a cost for me to join and maintain membership?
A: No, the NFOP has taken care of this for all members.
Q: Can I use the NFOP Amazon Business Account’s Business Prime to watch movies and listen to music?
A: No, the Business Account is intended for business purchases, and therefore has Business Prime instead of Personal Prime. Business Prime does not include the same bells and whistles that personal prime has (movies, streaming, groceries, photos, video games, etc.). Keep them separate—one account for personal purchases (with Personal Prime), and one account for business purchases (Business Prime).
